This one might help you... http://www.ajaxprogrammer.com/?p=9 I allows you to resize, crop and rotate you images. Pretty cool script.

Here is another image crop script

It has image crop with rotation, zoom and repositioning in realtime, and crop is done after the user made his mind.
Also is very easy to set up.
