Top Navigational Bar III - hidden behind Flash movie

When I place this menu directly above a Flash movie, the drop-down menus are hidden behind the movie. Is there a way for them to appear in front of the movie?

Does not seem to be.. worked onthe same issue awhile ago and never got it right. Suggest you move the flash elsewhere on the page
