view that site and if you see hover of the video and it play then when ur mouse point is not on it ,it pauses and in order to play it again u have to put ur mouse pointer back on it, any one no how to do that and if you can get me the code

It's done in Flash, not plain HTML. Blizzard (or other members that know about Flash) could probably help you more.

It is done in Actionscript. That's all I can help. If only I still had flash I could give you the code.
