Hi All,

I am currently updating a clients site, it's huge and has a large database... They are on a bad server, so I want to know if I can move or copy the database onto my own server? Anyone know if this is possible?

Great thanks! I have just had a heart attack with this site... All the users that sign up and everything are all on PHP pages, which I can handle. BUT I looked into the area for the actual admin users, that's all in .aspx... Is it normal to use PHP and aspx?

I think it depends usually most of the developer goes with a single server-side technology and that will make their job much easier.

I don't know why they've used ASP.NET in case of your admin users pages, is there any specific reasons for that?

Does those pages implemented something which can't be developed using PHP?

If you are comparing PHP and ASP.NET then I feel they are entirely different..

Yea that's what I don't understand, from what I can see those pages can do what PHP does... Very strange...
