Drop Down Tab Menu should overlap on another frame

3) Describe problem: When the menu is located on the bottom edge of a frame on a page, it will "drop-up" instead dropping down. Can we overlap the dropdown menus on another frame in the same page?

There's unfortunately no easy way for this menu (or most of the others on DD) to drop over a frame. A frame is basically a seperate window, and while there are "techniques" for getting a menu to cross over to another frame, some heavy changes have to be done to the script in question.
