But this is not really, what i need :)

Have you tried something like this on the links for the images, or whatever?:

For a simple fix.

Or, if you can be bothered:
http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex8/dhtmlwindow/index.htm
Use "Window 2 (inline content)" links on what you want the links on, and make the image/page open in the inline pop-up. Not sure if you can be bothered to do that though :p
