Looking for an opt-in email script...

I would like to place a small form that displays "enter email here" in a form, with a subscribe to newsletter button for my homepage... Does anyone know a script or package which includes a database file and script for the form and button to be displayed on a page?

Any information would be of great help...

In addition to my original post, could someone please tell me if in fact I COULD find a script like this or would I have to go through some type of email service provider...? Any info is appreciated..

you want PHPList (http://www.phplist.com/)

And yes you will need some form of mailserver to send out the messages.
