i'm using menu script HV menu:
http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex1/hvmenu/index.htm

Im having problems getting this javascript to put the menu where I need it. in the option file *var.js they have the options x top and y left to place it where you want on the page but if you resize or use a differnt resolution the menu gets outta place. Im using css and if i place any type of txt or pics inside
<ul id="nav">
<li id="current">
my old menu (anylink css) was here and displayed correctly
</li>
</ul>the menu ends up in the right spot. But when ever i put the javascript code inside the same place it doesn't output correctly. I see that the script i'm using supports css but i dont see any options to put in.

The older menu i used was AnyLink CSS Vertical Menu:
http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex1/anylinkcss2.htm
but it doesn't support multilevel menus.

heres my css file:
