Im trying to use gif images with transparent background for this Dynamic Drive-created image effect, but the transparency doesn't show. Can someone help please, what changes I should make to the code. Please know I know next to nothing about codes customisation! :D thanks!

Transparency, by definition doesn't show. What will be seen instead is whatever is directly beneath the image. In this case, I belieeve that is the:


var fadebgcolor="white"

as configured in the script. What did you have in mind?

oh you got me there. :) anyways, i had a blue background and white appears instead. Apparently because of the above script. Changed it to "transparent" and it worked. Thanks for the clue.
