How do I make text inside of a selection box option bold.

I want to make one word in a option in a selection box bold.

EX: Text In <b>BOLD</b>

How do I make text inside of a selection box option bold.
Apart from Firefox, which allows a certain amount of styling including bold, the answer is that you cannot. ;)
