Top Left Liquid Frame

I am using this frame:

I've placed my links at the top, as well as the left, but I'm lost at how to get them to open in the main frame. I've tried the traditional target= code but it's not working. Any suggestions?

The css layouts that you are talking about are single page layouts with no frames. They just look like frames. The most common way to get them to mimic the behavior of frames, with certain content linked to target a certain area of the page is to simply make up a second, identical page except for the change to the area you wish updated.
