Would love to have this menu! Anyone know where I can find it?

Hello,
I am a novice at making webpages. I mostly type out old HTML and copy/paste script, and CSS is really giving me fits trying to learn it, I am self-taught.

At any rate, I'm almost finished with a website but really want a nice left-side popout menu like I found here:

Can anyone tell me if this is a javascript, if it's part of a left frame, and where I can find it? I'm not good at this but I am stubborn enough to learn.

It was not dummy proof.
It's proof that you didn't search before asking. Please check the DD site first, and then ask, and anyone will be very glad to help. But first do an effort yourself.
