Bit of a problem.

Hey guys, i am very new to this sort of stuff, so i hope you have some paitence. Well here goes, i have recently hosted a website using '110mb.com' for the meantime. To edit, delete all existing files that i have uploading and stuff i have to access the 'FileManager' section. Then upload and so on... but, at the moment i am wanting to upload phpBB2/3 onto my database using 110mb, but when i do upload the install.php file it dosent seem to be letting me create a phpBB2/3 admin or website, if you know what i mean... So i was wondering if some1 would be able to help me get phpBB2/3 onto my website...
