Gumstix computers

If I bought This Gumsix (http://gumstix.com/store/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=31&products_id=175)What would I need to actually use it as i PC. and would the CF card act as a hard drive.

Note: Want to use it for web browsing and maybe some small storage. But dont understand everything that I need.

That is just a wi-fi adapter. Basically adding that to the gustix computer will enable it to have wireless internet.
