I don't think you'll find any with MySQL without adverts to be honest.
I've found www.port5.com to be fairly reliable, and they have no adverts.
And I also use www.r8.org to redirect a couple of sites of mine.

funpic.org rules and regulations state that files larger than 1 MB cannot be uploaded to the funpic.org servers, such files will be deleted automatically without notice to User.
Go with them if you want.

Does anybody know a FREE Webhost who supports PHP and MySQL and offers much MB?I don't remember exactly what's offered, nor the conditions, but I do remember that Lycos (there are several localised versions) provide free hosting with PHP and MySQL support.
Make sure you read the small print before committing (though that's true in any case). Many free hosts place minimum hit frequency constraints on free accounts. If you don't get X hits within a certain period, your account is removed.

Thank you!
The first one sounds great!
Do they have rules concerning forum contributions? I mean - do you have to be in the forums currently, so your account won't be deleted?
