I really need help from your side, I'm designing a website for my business & i have a feedback form & email form script i just want to know the settings below the script download link.

Not sure exactly what you want here, but all you should have to do is edit the contact.conf file with your information. Then, either include contact.php or point your html form action to contact.php.
