I have a web site that hads a the main URL and then two domain aliases. The two aliases are now showing up on search engines along with the main URL. But now we are to the problem.
The search will point the to a item (drill) with the URL starting with the alias http://www.mysitealise.com/drill. It takes them right to the item they want great! Now if they check the ssl info it has www.mysite.com main URL (not the aliases). If they try to process the order the site ssl is not set up to handle the other names (aliases).
Is there a way to change the start of the URL? They would click http://www.mysitealise.com/drill but when they hit the page with the productthey want on it, it would swap it to the main URL www.mysite.com/drill.
I have seen redirect but it would just redirect them to the home page or what ever I have set it to. Could any one please help?
