Help with Top Navigational Bar III

hi everyone,

I hope I'm not gonna ask something stupid :D but here we go:

I've used the top navigational bar III in a page with 2 frames.
I've put the navigational bar in the top frame and directed all my links in the navbar to the bottom frame.
This works fine with the first link I click...the page opens in the other frame like it's supposed to, but if I want to switch to another link that's directed to that frame it won't work. Firefox just does nothing and IE tells me there's an "error on page". The links that do work are "_blank" or "_top", but none of the links directed to the lower frame.
What could be wrong?

Make sure that the linkes you typed in the right one and they not stoped the site.j

The links are correct.....I checked them.
The weird thing is, only the links that are directed to the frame don't work. The links that have no direction (and thus open in the frame of the menu) work just fine and also the links with a _top or _blank direction work fine.
