Every page except index.html works in IE7...

I'm starting a new thread as I've already done a couple on here. Every page in this site works in IE6 and 7 as far as the header and footer sections staying in their respective places. But in IE6, the footer section won't stay on the bottom. Just curious if anyone can tell me why.
