Dynamically Altering CSS

Hi Everyone

I am very much new to this but I am looking to produce a website which will Dynamically Alter a CSS or at least allow the user to change:


the size of text,
text colour
and background colour

All whilst online.

Any ideas?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.:)
