FF looks good.. IE doesnt..

well I need help. My site looks ill in FF but in IE the index is pushed down + my custom scroll aint there..

Different margin settings explains the push down, but you are talking about 1 - 2 pixels. What scroll? There isn't enough content on the page to make a scroll...

Other than the 2 pixel difference they look exactly the same to me.
