AJAX sliding shelf?

Ive tried 6 times, and I still cant get it to work.
Any help would be appreciated

I've no idea why anyone would want to. That's a horrible effect, and very jerky too (running on a system that is, if not top-spec, then at least a cut above the average).

I believe he is referring to the implementation of the script, and since Twey says it's so bad, I'm not that interested in playing with it.

most computers that i use seem to ues the javascript smoothly.
