Need to use 2 different databases

Hi,

I am using my Plesk Panel, and I want to use the usernames and password from plesk 8.1.0...

there is a table called clients which has the username in it and a reference to an "account id"... but no information to the password..

there is also a table called accounts which seems to have a password but it makes no sense to me.

Is there anyway to use the plesk username and password so i can use one main database to log in to a seperate website?

oh, and how do i connect to both databases?

it needs to be similar to

connect to clients, check username, find account id,
connect to accounts, use the account id, and confirm the password...

but does anyone know how the passwords are encoded?
