encode/decode html service

I'm looking for website service that I can input normal html source code and it change to encode source for hide mine,

anyone know this site, please let me know.

There's something like that here on DD, I believe.
But it's not secure.
It will just confuse normal users (maybe), and not stop hackers.
Or you could use PHP.
