Best directory script, seo thinking :)

i am planning developing 2 domains have.

I need your opinions to choose a FREE way (script) of developing in a seo thinking:

- A web hosts reviews
- An image hosts directory and/or top

I use PHPLD V4.21 on my 200+ web directory and love it. The script is pretty cheap ($30 Each scripts ) and has TONS of pre-optimized features (it even makes perfect google and yahoo sitemaps to be submitted!)
