Help with HV Menu

I downloaded the HV Menu from this web site I understand how to edit the menu but I need help to lign up the menu. How can I lign up th emenu next to other content in the page? I know that you can specify the exact coordinates on the page but this can vary according to every ones settings on their PC. Please help:D

Have you tried out TargetLoc?

The explanation for it is about half way down through the config.htm manual that comes with this script.
