Help with contact form

Do you know how to implement a contact form on my website without runing any scripts at all?

(my host doesn't allow them)

Well you want just a normal html contact form - let me know I will send you one if that is the case.

A normal HTML one wont do.

Spamers will still find out my email-adress.

I need something like www.emailmeform.com but I'm not sure how to do it.
