I couldnt get to the site you posted, but i went to the main domain (renzha.net (http://www.renzha.net/) and noticed that they are using SaBlog-X. Try a goolge search for that, if it is what you were talking about. If you are looking for a blog, look at Wordpress (not sure of url).
