I would like to know a cookie grabber for a website so when someone veiws it it sends there cookies to me via email or what ever is simpliar.

No, you can't take people's cookies from other servers. Only the same domain (and subdomain).
If you want the cookies from your server, then it's easy enough with PHP.
<?php print_r($_COOKIE); ?>

You can with javascript too... document.cookie

but you'd have to access each individually... not sure how to get them all.
