I am doing a project for a friend of mine an interactive CD and i need a disclamer to be placed in front of the animation with the enter button
I need a sample disclamer so as i can place one ie
This CD was made to be viewed by employees and employers and in no circomstance without a proof of purchace may it be coppied. This Company/firm is not responsable if while using this CD your PC chrashes or stops working. our tests show that the CD will cose no such problesm to the tested systems.
I need a more professional one

First, please use SPELL CHECK. "cose" is not a word.
Second, use grammar. For example "Company/firm"... why is one capitalized and not the other?
Second, all you need is:
"The content of this disc is copyright [you] and may not be duplicated or distributed without permission. Furthermore, this product is offered with no warrantly, implied or otherwise, and any damage it may cause is not our responsibility."
Or something....

thnks that will get me off to a grate start still i would like to have more than 3 or 4 lines of text in the disclamer but this will help me loads

Why? The less the better.... make it in fine print. Heh. Disclaimers are annoying.
By default, through the way that copyright law works, your stuff is protected... as protected as it ever will be.
As for the disclaimer about not being responsible, don't worry... as long as it's on the page, then it's there.... doesn't matter how prominent.
