Flash object dissapears with ajax script (dynamically load content)

Hello,
I found on dynamicdrive a tutorial how to load external content in a
div using ajax.
The only stange problem i found is when clicking an link to load
external content in the div.. the flash object dissapears in IEXPLORER.

I now it has something to do with the other script swfobject.js ..
but i really don't know what is causing it to make the flash object
dissapear.

Does anyone reconize this problem and knows how to fix it? :confused:
