Register Form

Greetings Scripters

First of all i want to congratulate all of those people who made and use this forum with the intention of helping who must need it...

I have a request to make, and i've tried a lot of other foruns and got no answers defined.

I have a homepage made by me and i want to include a register form for my friends and a blogs form too.

It seems that my ISP does not support something to do with form fields, sorry i can't explain what exactly.

However, i was informed maybe i would be able to do that in php, but i had to have a server of my own, witch i have, i have two pc's working at my place, and one of these is always online.

Now, to make it a server i have to set something like ISS, right??

So, here am i,

1-Can you tell me how to set my simple pc to an server?(i know that is on my add/remove windows components)
2-Where can i get a simple form of registering, then i change it to what i want?
