Can't find vertical side menu

I have been searching the menus on DD for hours and can't find one. I am looking for a vertical menu that expands with links underneath of the parent category and then contracts when a different category is selected. Thanks for any help, JF

Aye and my first stop... but DD is pretty lacking in the vertical menu department as of late :D (in regards to effects and options that is)
