help with php thumbnails please

HI im having difficulty with my thumbnails and mouse overs i cant seem to get the pics to be clear nor get the mouse over to work here is my site any help will be really appreciated as ive been searching in the forum and google etc for days and not getting anywhere

How is this related to PHP?

Do you just mean what html you should use?

The html output by php does.
