View Full Version : Loading SWF's into Lightbox instead of images

I'm quite new to all this AJAX stuff and I really like the Lightbox galleries I see in a lot of places on the interwebs. I have a school project coming up and before I start planning it I was wondering if instead of images being loaded into the Lightbox, could you load a swf file instead? If so, is it a relatively easy work around and/or does it have any browser limitations?
Sorry if this is a really stupid question but any help would be greatly appreciated :) .

The original isn't made to support flash objects,
but you might want to try the "LightBox Gone Wild"

This does not guarantee a smooth run with Flash 8 or similar, though.

I would like to think it is, which I dont think it really is.
I would recommed using a popup wondow to display your flash objects.

Cheers VatsaL.
I kind of wanted to avoid the pop-up but I guess it will save me the inevitable headaches in trying to get it working in Lightbox.
