flash needs a click

Hi
i have a problem with a site i'm building nowdays.
i have a flash file displayed in a html and when the site is loaded
the flash is not active (it runs but onmouse commands don't work) until
you click the page once.also u kinda see the frame it is in.

is there a way to get rid of that? any script

Okay, the correction stands. My wording was bad. I should have said, compared to all other methods presented thus far, this method works in all applicable browsers and circumstances, unless other 3rd party apps would normally prevent it :)
