works in FF, not in IE

The following page is fine in FireFox, but not in IE. This is a JavaScript problem so I have attached the external JS file. Can anyone help me figure this out?

I don't understand. It worked fine yesterday, and now it doesn't work. Can anyone look at this again and see what could possibly be wrong as to why this will work in FF and not IE.
