A tool such as that needs to be used with great care. Disturbingly, it's default settings cause Firefox to breach protocol recommendations which add to server and network load.

Prefetching, an option exposed by the extension, is a bad idea. It may cause unnecessary work for Web servers by downloading data that the user won't actually use.

In my opinion, people need to exercise more patience.
