i use it at my homepage for ex.
<a href="ajax/bluewidgets.txt" rel="ajaxcontentarea">Blue widgets</a>

So do i have duplicate content ( homepage+bluewidgets.txt ) ? should i disallow bots for bluewidgets.txt so they only will see content at my homepage is it okey or not ?

The bots will probably never see bluewidgets.txt on the homepage (it's not actually there and bots don't click on links, they only follow them to see what's on those pages). Let them (the bots) worry about it, don't go blocking things unless you see them coming up as duplicates on a major service like Google.
