Adding guestbook to my web page

Does anyone have any genious as to how I can pull off this guestbook? It's actually hosted on their page.I'm assuming I have to build the commands from scratch like post in the text field?

There are many PHP based guestbook scripts out there, some free. You'll need to be familar with installing your own server side scripts on your server though. See here (http://hotscripts.com/PHP/Scripts_and_Programs/Guestbooks/index.html) for a list for them.

p.s: I've deleted your duplicate thread in the JS forum, as this is a server side question.
