customise Calendar script

hi ppl. i am trying to use this calender script shown as below

or better known as Jason's Date Input Calendar. Being a novice in such complex script, i really in a fix trying to customise the script

Can someone teach me how to change the pop up calendar position ( rather than it auto pop up just beside the year entry slot)

Also which part which i change to customise the colour n fonts ?
