uploading pictures

I am looking for a script that will let me upload images similar to the way it is done on ebay or on http://www.makemymegastore.com/gallery.asp. If anyone could point me in the right direction, I would be very grateful. I am prepared to pay for one if it is not too expensive.

Why don't you just contact them and ask if you can use there script, most web designers should be fine with it. If that does'nt work then look at getting a script created.
