Image tooltip script

I'm having trouble with getting this script to work. I actually don't want anything to link just a picture to drop w/ some text - over some text of course. HELP please!!

If I understood you correctly, you don't need to use a link to activate the Image Tooltip. So instead of:

<a href="#" onmouseover="doTooltip(event,0)" onmouseout="hideTip()">Link 1</a><br>
<a href="#" onmouseover="doTooltip(event,1)" onmouseout="hideTip()">Link 2</a>

You can change the <a> tag to something else instead.
