3) Describe problem: I'm almost about to give up, I've been trying to figure this out for hours now, and i have yet to make a breakthrough, PLEASE help me figure this out.

I'm testing this out on my localhost before making it go live, but it is php compatible, has url_allow_fopen enabled, and can display demo.htm by itself ONLY. When i try to display the ticker anywhere else, whether it be between css classes, or completely by itself in my website, it will not work at all. It's very frustrating!. Please help me figure this out; so far after searching the net for the last hour or so i've found people with the same problem, but havnt really found much as far as solutions go. u can view my website at http://www.pcpriority.com

Well, now the feeds are being put into the cache, but they still arnt being displayed. anyone help me? at all?
