Hi. Is there a way to have my CSS menu or header for that matter load at the bottom of the code?
We have a site that I had a CSS menu bar coded and since then we have dropped way down on all search engine results.
I would like to have the CSS load for the menu bar or header load at the bottom of the code, hoping this will help with SEO.
The site is www.precious-pets-paradise.com
Thanks
Daneil

That won't help SEO.

I dont know a lot about it, but can you explain why that will not help? Before I changed to the new CSS menu, we were coming up higher on search results.
It doesnt help to have all the coding for the header at the bottom? So that the bot can see more relavent keywords etc. closer to the top of the page?
Thanks

Any decent search engine will take the whole page into account not just the content that comes first. Did you make any other changes besides the CSS menu lately? Do you have any other new competitors in your category of site?

Replacing the menu bar was a major change we did throughout the whole site. There are always more cometitors in our categories cause of the nature of our business, but it seems to have been shortly after we change that menu bar.
We also have another site that we changed our menu bar to CSS as well and it too dropped off and we were ranking pretty high on that one.

Its just a little baffling why that happened. If you get a moment, can you look at the source code into the site (not the homepage) and tell me if you see anything funny? I would greatly appreciate it.
