I'm Korean. I need to use Ajax Tabs Content script with Korean language. So, I modified one of external file (eg.external2.html), writing Korean language. But it didn't work.

You generally need to use numbered or named entities on the external page to represent non-standard characters. Sometimes even the javascript hex escaped characters.
