editing Iframe content

the tutorial here: http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex17/iframessi2.htm showed how to insert a iframe but how do i edit the content of the iframe? anyone pls help!
e.g.
http://express.perseus.com/perseus/asp/login.aspx

The content of the iframe is itself a page. In your example it is:

http://www.perseus.com/express/index.html

So you would simply take that page and edit it.
