Calendar Help

I didn't create this calendar, but I'm trying to fix it so that, when you click on the details of an item, the popup window doesn't look like an error message. (I want to create a popup that doesn't have the yellow sign on it.) Please see below:

This is a new job for me, so I'm looking for a simple solution--not looking to redesign the entire thing at the moment.
