Dumb question probably - CSS menu help

I'm attempting to use a CSS menu code inside an HTML doc. Is this okay?

Sometimes the menu is working and sometimes after uploading it doesn't work as intended. I have no idea what's possibly wrong or missing. Could anyone maybe look at the code and see where the problem may be or offer any advice.

I am in need of having a horizontal preferrably image menu with sub menu listed links.

I appreciate any help.

I'm having a similiar problem using the vertical version on another page using this style menu also. Sometimes it works and others not.

Thats alot of Javascript for a simple Sukerfish menu. I recommend you check out cssMenus (http://solardreamstudios.com/learn/css/cssmenus) by SolarDreamStudios (http://solardreamstudios.com/l), CSS based and only a couple lines of JAVASCRIPT for IE support.
