email from database

Hi Guys, I'm looking for a script that will enable me to email some or all users in my database. I have a built a email template page http://firstfactoruk.com/textBoxStyle/example.asp. I then need to be able to choose who I'm going to send the email to so I need to be able to include or exclude say via check boxes.
